What GWL is about

Let's say you hear the following:

◉ traffic jam
◉ high fuel costs per month
◉ car defect/trains being late
◉ getting up very early in order to make it into the office in time
◉ getting home late due to commuting at rush hour

What do they mean to you as an employer or a person working for one?

For you as a business person, it means your employees are late at the office, them being stressed out because of it, high personnel costs if you had to pay their fuel, tired staff, unhappy working people because they missed the family gathering due to the commute.

For you as an employee it probably is connected with loads of unpaid time in traffic, an unavoidable decrease on your salary due to fuel consumption, a rigid day to day life, working against your natural clock, lost time that you would rather spend with what makes your life enjoyable.

On an environmental side, it means emissions - loads of it. Using what there is left on natural resources that are not reproducible. Creating an inevitable worst-case scenario for the people, your children and grandchildren, to come.

We at Green Working Life want to change that. Slowly, we understand. But surely. Be part of the movement. As an employer. As an employee.
